Columbine Poudre Home Care is a locally owned agency that provides skilled care and personalized education to keep clients where they want to be-safely at home. We are well known in Northern Colorado for over 30 years of high-quality, compassionate care. Our talented home care professionals work as a team with clients, their families, and their providers to help clients achieve their individualized goals.
We are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist able to work:
- Part Time
- Flexible schedule
Employees who work over 24 hrs. + per week are eligible for a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy.
Occupational Therapist
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating with other skilled clinicians and community resources to make a difference in the lives of your clients
- Develop and implement a treatment program-No productivity requirement!
- Work closely with other disciplines to meet client needs and keep them safe at home
- Work with clients and families in their own environment: private homes, assisted living and independent living facilities
- We have a pay-per-visit fee structure ($33-$38), with additional hourly pay to cover trip fees, weekly clinical education, care coordination.
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Minimum one-year experience as an OTR required
- Geriatric or home care experience preferred
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and have a current license in Occupational Therapy in the State of Colorado (or eligible)
