We are seeking experienced, dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to serve our Navarre location.

We are seeking experienced, dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to serve our Navarre location.
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility. Ensures that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, local and company standards. Operates profitably within corporate budgetary guidelines.
The successful Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.
To reach these goals, candidates must have:
- Be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field is required
- 1-2 years minimum experience in skilled nursing facility management
- Proven success in building a team committed to providing exceptional resident care

Our rehabilitation staff is comprised of experienced, interdisciplinary professionals focused on helping you regain strength, independence and well-being. Our therapy clinicians provide goal-focused physical, occupational and speech therapy to address a wide range of needs, including orthopedic, cardiovascular and CVA stroke. Private therapy rooms are provided for patients transitioning home. Amenities include phone, cable, in-room refrigerators, menu dining and complimentary Wi-Fi.
We also offer exceptional care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and related dementias in a secured environment. Altercare’s Speret Hall treatment staff fosters a safe, comfortable environment where residents can confidently perform daily routines, gain self-esteem and enjoy a sense of belonging.
We are proud of our five-star Provider ranking by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services - but we are most pleased that our exceptional staff achieves a 91% Patient recommend rating with the the Department of Aging
