Ascape Landscape and Construction Corporation is seeking a Nursery Manager to join our growing team! Our Nursery Manager will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our nursery.

Our ideal Nursery Manager has:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a nursery setting
• Has experience working in a leadership role and has prior experience managing nursery staff
• Possesses a degree and/or licensing in horticulture; is a self-described “plant geek”
• Has experience with inventory management
• Purchasing experience is ideal
• Is tech savvy and comfortable learning new technology and using technology
• Is comfortable with nursery equipment such as forklifts etc..
• Has reliable transportation and the ability to start work by 6am in order to receive shipments
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

Nursery Manager Job Duties:

• Providing excellent customer service to internal customers
• Supervising the nursery staff including hiring, performance evaluation and corrective discipline as needed
• Inventory management and inventory system tracking and development
• Supporting the purchaser in receiving and organizing inventory
• Loading, unloading and tagging inventory
• Other duties as assigned.
