A post-acute & long-term care organization in the Jackson County or Medford Areas is seeking a full-time and permanent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team!

This organization is known for being created by long-term professionals for long-term providers, the first of its kind. Created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post-Acute patients and Long-Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments.

Responsibilities:

  • As a clinician at our organization, you will work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, to deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00a – 5:00p (Generally but we are flexible)
  • NO evening, weekend or holiday on-call requirements

Compensation:

  • $120,200 - $145,000
  • Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Oregon state license
  • DEA license
  • 1+ year of experience preferred
