Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
  • Create quality reporting with data and progress to justify clinical recommendations and service provision authorizations
  • Supervise behavioral technicians to ensure top quality treatment implementation
  • Regularly review and update comprehensive ABA programs
  • Ensure patient billing is accurate and that all documentation related to patient care is complete and comprehensive
  • Provide culturally sensitive parent training, suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine to increase effectiveness of care
  • Meet the values and expectations of families by providing evidence-based practices
  • Advocate for the needs of clients, such as by attending any requested case review meetings
  • Conduct reflective supervision, performance reviews, and program evaluations as directed by the Clinical Director.
  • Maintain records using the operational and clinical software provided by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BCBA certification
  • NYS LBA Certification
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Authorization to work in USA
  • Resides in New York State
  • Background Checks
