The rotational program will allow you to discover multiple engineering domains, while acquiring a diverse skillset within the aerospace industry. As part of this New Graduate Program, you will have a chance to participate in engineering and project management roles in a range of functions supporting Bombardier Flight Test, Bombardier Defense and Aftermarket support. Subject to your interests and aptitude this will help accelerate your career within Bombardier and determine which path offers you the most potential.

In your role, you will:
  • Designing experimental modifications for new or derivative aircraft programs

  • Developing test programs to evaluate the impact of modifications and compliance to requirements

  • Defining and implementing instrumentation requirements

  • Executing tests and reporting on results

  • Troubleshooting aircraft snags and providing airworthiness dispositions

  • Reducing test data and generating technical reports

  • Identifying aircraft design deficiencies and potential solutions

  • Generating planning information for parts fabrication and installation

  • Developing upgrades or addressing issues with aircraft in service

  • Create and manage schedules, coordinate key milestones and activities in support of technical activities

  • Prepare technical presentations showcasing Bombardier Aircraft and Bombardier Specialized Aircraft capabilities

  • Support bid & proposal activities

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
  • You have less than 2 years of post-graduation work experience

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or other related field) completed in 2022 or will be completed by June 2023

  • You have a passion and unrelenting desire to learn about aviation

  • You have an innovative mindset and are eager to take on new challenges

  • You are a collaborative team player who strives for success

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite

  • You are eligible to work in the US
