- Production application support experience with business users and financial / banking domain
- Technical knowledge and skills with SQL/PLSQL/, Linux and Windows
- Understanding of batch schedulers (e.g. Control M) and reporting engines (QLIK)
- Experience with .Net and web based technologies
- Detailed knowledge & working experience of ITIL methodologies
- Working knowledge of monitoring and support tools like GENEOS, Splunk & ServiceNow
