MOPAR Certified Technician Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and per dealership policies and procedures
• Test drive vehicles to verify guest concerns and ensure full repair resolution
• Test vehicle components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with Service Managers to keep clients informed of their vehicle status
• Provide estimates of the time required for additional repairs, if needed
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

MOPAR Certified Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unwavering ethics and values
• MOPAR / Stellantis / FCA technician certification
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new technology
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Career-driven mindset
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
