JOB SUMMARY:

Supervise Mitigation services for water damaged structures and/or contents as well as restoration services for mold contaminated structures and/or contents. Assist customers and insurance representatives regarding technical questions. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their projects, questions, and concerns with speed and professionalism. Provide training and leadership to WTR Employees to ensure that industry standards are always followed.

Responsibilities

• (S)He is expected to maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties, which may be encountered from time to time.
• Demonstrate company services knowledge.
• Determine and execute proper mitigation and remediation procedures.
• Effectively communicate expectations to team members and customers in a timely manner.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and influence technicians to take positive action and accountability for their work.
• Provide training, expertise, experience, and supervision to team members in the following areas:
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA guidelines
• Ensure all paperwork and photos are being completed correctly and thoroughly
• Ensure moisture inspections are being completed correctly (Sketch and Dry Logs are mandatory)
• Supervise the utilization of drying equipment according to industry and company standards
• Supervise all company procedures regarding lead or asbestos containing materials
• Ensure moisture readings are being performed correctly when inspecting and/or supervising water losses
• DryTrack, MICA, Water Tracker, etc.
• The following program requirements are met for every estimate:
• Restore365 files are properly documented and up to date.
• ServiceMaster programs guidelines (response time, initial upload time, final upload & cycle time).
• Alacrity programs guidelines (Contractor Incentive Program).
• Crawford Contactor Connection guidelines (mitigation TIPS/POMS).

Qualifications

• At least five years of previous experience in restoration, construction or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 2 Years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
