This critical role will support the Brand and Marketing Strategy departments to ensure that our internal programs related to product launch and point—of-purchase needs, run smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing new and existing Merchandising programs, leading the execution of product launch samples programs for both internal and external customers, and running the online shopping cart experience and showroom program platforms. As we look to evolve these programs, this role will project manage continuous improvement efforts.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage repeatable end-to-end execution of launch related sample distribution to our customers and sales teams.
  • Manage marketing online storefront, including SKU inventory and replenishment, user experience and support, while driving system improvements.
  • Manage non-manufactured item procurement, for point of purchase printed materials and hardware for product launches and store resets
  • Vendor lead for third party fulfillment programs ensuring open communication, expected performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts as needed. Identify and plan to improve inefficiencies of programs from a spend and time perspective.
  • Monitor and manage the fulfillment of third party display vendor inventories.
  • Receive and process customer selection center orders and invoices, and prepare monthly accrual reports.
  • Project manage the setup of new programs and services as they arise, taking actions and providing direction to ensure successful and timely project completion.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 yrs in a professional office environment
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent Communication: both written and verbal, within all levels of the organization
  • Detail-Oriented: ability to multi-task without losing sight of critical details; highly organized
  • Self-Starter: do not wait for instruction; propose what will be done.
  • Continuous Improvement & Creative Thinking: ability to look at existing processes/procedures with a fresh perspective, leading cross-functional teams to better solutions.
  • Agility: can pivot quickly as priorities change and work in a fast-paced office environment, where it is required to complete a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a successful and timely manner.
  • Positive Attitude: be a voice of ration and reason, while being the one who is looked to as the leader
