Seeking the perfect blend of brains and brawn to be a Badger Liquor Merchandiser. Be the front line person of our off-premise business by stocking shelves with the world’s best wines and spirits in liquor stores, grocery stores and big box retailers. Build eye-catching end caps, create amazing displays and use your organizational skills to make all our products look their best on the store shelf. WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Communicates with and takes direction from account personnel, management, Sales Representatives and store personnel on a regular basis and reports problems in the proper timeframe
  • Responsible for proper inventory and reorganizing back stock, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
  • Build displays meeting supplier and company guidelines
  • Works with Sales Representatives and the chain division to execute and merchandise all monthly chain programs
  • Maintains and submits required reports in a timely manner
  • Maintains proper product rotation on all date sensitive products
  • Assists all divisions in display and shelf reset projects
  • Assist in running vacation routes
  • Assists Sales Representatives with rebates and coupons within assigned accounts as needed
  • Attends product and business training sessions and division meetings
  • Able to understand and complete all necessary training provided by the company as necessary
  • May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business
  • Required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, may include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience of one (1) to three (3) years merchandising experience preferred
  • Willing to relocate to fill an open sales route to advance career
  • Valid driver license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

Due to the physical demands of this position, job candidates will be required to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE). Job candidates must pass all aspects of the POPE to qualify for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
