8-hour shift | Full-time
· The Inpatient Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapies using various professional treatment modalities.
· Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, goals and objectives
· Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs.
· Accesses by phone or written correspondence family or community resources such as nursing homes, group homes, or private mental health practitioners to meet patients' aftercare needs.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required
· Associate license (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC), or license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) preferred
· Current CPR
· MAB to be obtained w/in 60 days of hire
· If you currently have an Associate license we also offer opportunity to earn hours for your licensure.

Aurora Charter Oak Hospital has been delivering Behavioral Health Treatment Services for over 80 years. We are located on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Covina, California. Covina is about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel Valley, close to 10, 60 and 210 FWY.
