As a therapist you will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

Salary Range:
Licensed Clinicians $95,000 - $105,000 a year
Associate Clinicians $80,000 - $90,000 a year
$10,000 Sign-on bonus!

Qualifications:
What do you bring to this position?
  • Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
  • Fully licensed in state of California
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent
  • Preferred - (1) year of experience, or its equivalent, counseling persons struggling with substance abuse or one (1) year of experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor or education/training on recovery modalities and substance use disorders
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ communities &/or intersectionality marginalized identities and their families.
  • Mental health therapists who specialize in or have experience providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
  • Are experienced in practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
  • Incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Preferred - (1) years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Ability to pass a state background check
