Our Mental Health / Behavioral Health private practice is expanding and we have an opportunity for dedicated, experienced, and licensed Therapists / Psychotherapists to join our school-based and/or office based clinical team. Job offers blended session opportunities for school based serving K-12 students and office based clients ranging from 5 years-adult.

Group, couples, and family sessions are available. If you have a speciality in the counseling world, we assign you clients based off your strengths. % paid by company for professional development and trainings

Caseload will be assigned based on counselor preference. Benefits provided for Full Time employees. Monthly performance bonus. Counselor has 100% control of their schedule!

We also provide 1:1 supervision and group supervision at no cost to staff. Unlimited growth and income possibilities for motivated individuals. Small caseload to fit the needs of practice. Additional clients can be assigned if counselor would like extra income.

Office locations: Beachwood , North Olmsted, Cuyahoga Falls

School Based Locations: Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Bedford Heights, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, Strongsville, North Ridgeville, and Akron

**Lorain County starting 2023-2024**

Current Treatment Options: Teletherapy, In-office, school based starting 2023-2024 school year. NO HOME VISITS.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client.
  • Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed.
  • Available for clinical consultation.
  • Maintains a minimum 3-5 sessions per week. Case load growth is up to counselor.
  • Maintains ongoing frequent contact with other assigned professionals, parents or outside agency professionals assigned to case.
  • Assumes a strong advocacy role for clients and makes recommendations for clinical and support services needed upon discharge.
  • Actively participates in all treatment conferences and meetings for the clients.
  • Completes all paperwork required by practice within designated time frame
  • Participates in agency and community meetings as needed. Attends conferences and workshops to maintain professional competence

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Masters in Clinical Counseling
  • Current Ohio License: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
  • LSW or LPC will be accepted depending on prior placement in graduate program or prior work experience.
  • Specific behavioral/mental health treatment experience working with school-aged children and adults
  • Certification or experience treating and working with trauma is beneficial
  • Personal Computer and internet access
  • Transportation and documented insurance coverage
  • Professional Liability Insurance

Compensation:

  • Percentage of billable hours. Range is $35.00- $75.00 per hour session
