The Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative
We are looking for an individual who is professional, friendly and prompt with all members at all times. Looking for someone who wants to grow with our credit union.
Full Job Description
Location of Position: West Mifflin and Elizabeth, PA
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
Duties include but not limited to:
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
- Assist members at the counter and over the phones.
- Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdraws and loan payments.
- Sell money orders, gift cards, travel money cards and stamps. Open and close member accounts.
- Cross-sell all credit union services and products.
- Process clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Marketing experience helpful.
- Reliable transportation.
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work comfortably and successfully with the public.
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
