Medmax Credit Account Analyst Job at BayCare
Description:
Responsible for accurately entering data and updating Medmax Credit card holder's accounts. Provide superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by MedMax Credit and Clients. Has understanding of all appropriate policies and procedures, a basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act and provide follow up on the accounts that do not meet the MedMax Credit card guidelines. Must perform all duties in direct compliance with the FDIC Truth in Lending Act and Credit Card Act of 2009 and within client specific guidelines established by MedMax Credit.
