We are looking for a full-time receptionist position in a prestigious dermatology, cosmetic and vein practice in a positive and professional environment! Excellent benefits!
We are a premier dermatology, cosmetic and vein practice offering medical, surgical and cosmetic services. Our office is located in North Venice, FL, off of I-75 and Jacaranda Blvd.
Qualifications:
- Full-time, 5 days a week, 7:30-5pm.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be professional and engaging over the phone and in person.
- Must be friendly, bubbly and warm.
- Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have at least one year of medical receptionist experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical receptionist is REQUIRED.
- Experiences with prior-auth, insurance verification, payment collection, and scheduling patients are preferred.
- Experience in billing is preferred.
