You’ll be responsible for welcoming patients and working closely with our medical assistants and providers. $18 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Answering a high volume of telephone calls
- Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Checking patients in and updating patient demographics
- Verifying and updating Insurance information
- Collecting co-payments and payments for account balance
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients out
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- 1-year experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus but will train the right candidate
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. Evenings and Saturdays availability
