Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Medical Business Office Specialist who contributes to the company’s mission, vision, and values by handling various business office functions.

• You will handle various business office duties to include: billing, chart preparation, cash posting, collections, insurance verification, medical records, patient registration and scheduling
• Be responsible for accurately performing all functions of your patient admissions

• Answering multiple phone lines
• opening and sorting mail daily

• stock and clean coffee bar

• This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

Riverwalk Surgery Center serves the Ft. Myerscommunity and surrounding areas of Lehigh Acres, Estero, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, PalmonaPark, Olga, Alva, and other cities in the area. Our center performs over 200 cases a month inorthopedics. Our center is remodeled with all new equipment and performing total jointreplacements. We are a member of the HCA Healthcare Ambulatory Surgery Division.
