As an Assembly Tech, you will assemble electro-mechanical components to sub-assemblies from detailed assembly instructions and drawing under minimum supervision. This positions is day shift, Monday - Friday in a clean, comfortable and climate-controlled facility. This is with CFT directly, not a staffing agency. Temp to hire possibility.

What you’ll do:

• Perform surface mount and through-hole soldering on printed board assemblies.
• Complete product testing.
• Perform visual or other inspection of components to ensure product quality.
• Monitor daily quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies.

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.

How to Stand Out:

• 3-6 months experience in manufacturing assembly operations.
• Experience building under special magnification equipment.
