The Massage Therapist performs therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints. May assist in the assessment of range of motion and muscle strength. Massage soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.

The Massage Therapist performs therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints. May assist in the assessment of range of motion and muscle strength. Massage soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapist duties
- Assess soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion for documentation purposes.
- Provides therapy modality to the patient based on the treatment plan set by the provider
- Abides by HIPAA laws
- Completes documentation of all therapies performed
- Responsible for keeping massage therapy license up to date and active
- Communicates and works closely with physiotherapy manager and physiotherapy providers
- Must have a valid Florida State Massage license
