Your friendly neighborhood orthodontic appliance manufacturing lab, is looking for a Marketing Manager to help take our brand from local hero to national superstar. And we need someone with the creativity and strategic know-how to make it happen!

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, planning, and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience. We're looking for someone with basic digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, and Analytics. Bonus points if you know how to whip up a catchy jingle or a snappy tagline!

Job Role Goals:

• Work with Digital Director to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients
• Set up marketing campaigns with tracking to identify which efforts are work or not working
• Map strategies and plans to gain new clients
• Plan retention strategies for existing customers, including promotions, offers, etc.
• Must have experience setting up email campaigns and automation (Design will be handled by our design team)
• Make sales / followup calls to ensure we are meeting growth goals to be established once role as started

The candidate may not possess all skils, but will be a quick learner and able to ask the right questions for direction from the Marketing Execs for guidance.

But here's the twist – we're also keeping our eye out for a candidate who has a passion for design. While it's not a requirement for this role, having design skills will definitely be a favored plus.
