Compensation Range: $75-90k. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager knows our brands’ business and industry very well and can help counsel and guide owners with this knowledge, both strategically and tactically (i.e. various ad campaigns and related creative, Brand KPIs, how they use WBZ1, etc.).
• Is a genuine service-oriented professional who easily builds rapport with owners, is an excellent communicator, and can adapt his/her demeanor to serve a wide variety of client personalities and digital competencies.
• This person naturally excels at understanding and clearly explaining marketing strategies and tactics, and can identify and analyze performance opportunities and threats.
• He/she builds strong relationships with Marketing and franchisees through timely, accurate, and thorough information sharing and support for their marketing initiatives and goals.
• Supports the VP of Integrated Marketing in effectively leading the and collaborating interdepartmentally to solve problems, unearth new ideas and grow WBB’s business.
• Develops strong Brand relationships by representing their interests, initiatives and concerns in a timely manner internally and among their franchisees and co-ops/regions
• Meet regularly with your fellow Marketing teams to ensure the successful onboarding and grand opening of new locations and provide regional updates
• Lead meetings with owners, including sending out meeting invitations, ensuring the Meeting Notes are updated by all relevant parties, and assigning WBB “action items” to appropriate WBB team members

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Related Field.
• 5 Years experience.
• Experience in supporting a multi-brand environment, ideally within a Franchise environment.
• Proven track record of establishing strong processes to gain scale in large organizations
• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude
