Mavericks Wanted! Maverick Gaming, the fastest growing gaming company, is looking to hire a a Business Analyst to support our Direct Marketing and Analytics teams.

The Marketing Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to Corporate and Property Marketing throughout the Maverick Portfolio. This position will work with Corporate Marketing, Systems, Information Technology, Operational Marketing, Analytical departments, and Compliance. This position will directly coordinate with Corporate and Property Level Marketing Operators on campaign and program set up and execution. This includes program rule creation and compliance needs, Marketing system set up, and program pre and post event reporting. In addition this position will work closely with Corporate Marketing Innovation and Data departments on core campaign management and execution in marketing systems, marketing system interface management, and system innovations.

This position will work need to be proficient in working with the Corporate Casino Marketing Systems, and any system integrations to execute campaigns and programs, and perform post campaign analysis. This role will work with corporate marketing teams to streamline marketing efforts at the property level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program support to ensure seamless and compliant execution of property marketing campaigns
  • Casino System management to create best practices of marketing program execution.
  • Provide innovations and recommendations to better current marketing program execution
  • Work in CMS Systems
  • Work in compliance with company financial policies and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Management of marketing automation systems
Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics; or an equivalent amount of education and experience may substitute
  • SQL experience
  • Experience working in the Gaming industry preferred
  • Experience working with casino player tracking software (Bally’s CMP or ACSC, Oasis, etc.) preferred
  • Power BI / visualization software experience a plus
  • Experience working in an office environment is required.
  • Advanced MS Office, data mining and analysis skills required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in a fast-paced, office environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of time, speak and hear, write, finger and feel, lift and carry up to twenty pounds (20 lbs.) and occasionally more. Requires all forms of manual dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. Employee occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and work occasional weekend and/or evenings. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
