Liskow, a regional law firm with offices in Louisiana and Texas, seeks a Marketing Assistant to join its dynamic and growing marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will assist in the running of the administration side of the marketing department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist marketing team with events, including event logistics, list updates, shipping of collateral and promotional items, event materials, processing payments, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinates attendance at firm sponsorships and events.
  • Maintain and coordinate inventory of branded collateral and promotional items.
  • Coordinate and process marketing-related expenses.
  • Organize and maintain the department’s files and promotional items.
  • Maintain and update attorney, staff, practice group, and event lists in the firm’s CRM system.
  • Reviews and edits PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate firm blog postings and assist with the management of an editorial calendar.
  • Update the firm’s website, including changes to attorney bios, imagery, and firm statistics.
  • Update firm and lawyer information on online profiles.
  • Create and manage community relations programs and initiatives, including United Way and other community efforts.
  • Coordinate the firm’s season tickets and track usage.
  • Update the firm's CRM database, including data entry and daily ticket processing.
  • Process undeliverable emails, bounce-backs, and new subscribers for firm communications.
  • File marketing-related documents in the firm’s document management system.
  • Assist the department with onboarding attorneys, including ordering business cards, uploading bios, and scheduling portraits.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s hotel corporate rates document.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with diversity reporting and tracking.
  • Perform industry research as needed.
  • Create and distribute firm surveys as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools and e-marketing platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
