Custom-Pak Inc. is needing Manufacture Technicians in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.

(And you work any weekends or any Holidays to be home with family)

1st shift positions - 7am to 3:20pm - start at $15.00 an hour

2nd shift positions - 3pm to 11:20pm - start at $16.50 an hour

3rd shift positions- 11pm to 7:20am - start at $17.00 an hour

Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for the setup, safety, and basic maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment. Technicians will run blow mold equipment, pull plastic parts (and remove flash), assemble and complete final processes on. All technicians are also responsible for quality checking products and preparing them for shipping.

You will go full time after only 60 days.

Top Operator Pay - $20.55 per hour base, plus Bonus (averages $2.50 more an hour) and any applicable shift premium - up to $2.00 more dollars = $25.05 an hour

Work Experience

Job Qualifications/Requirements/Responsibilities (Include, but are NOT limited to):

• Machine Operator(s) must have “Machine Operator” Experience Preferred.
• Product weighs 50- 100 lbs.
• This is a Fast-Paced Environment and Multi-Task with Ease.
• Good hand-eye coordination is important.
• Machine Operator(s) must Operate Machinery and Equipment.
• Pre-runs and Adjustments.
• Quality check products
• Report any Defects/Unusual-Conditions.
• Machine Operator(s) must Visually Inspect Product.

Skills:

• Communication Skills
• Farm maintenance experience a plus
• CNC operation
• Machine operation
• Mechanically inclined

Experience is not required but applicants must have a strong work history, good work references, and reliable transportation.
