Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist Job at Certified Power Inc.
For over 50 years, CPS has worked to move the fluid power industry forward with system integrations, solutions, and support. We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist who isn't just skilled at their craft, but a person who is dependable and understands we win as a team!
This position is based out of our Fridely, MN location with a $2500 sign on bonus!
Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via email, fax, and phone
- Order entry into current operating system
- Support customer portal and forecast requirements
- Receive, respond, and quote pricing via email, fax, and phone to include pricing, lead-time, and data information
- Communicate with vendors via email, phone, and internet
- Assist customers with quoting, order updates, inquires and troubleshooting
- Maintain current customer information
- Issue RGA's for customer returns
- Support outside sales team, as necessary
Manufacturing Customer Service SpecialistRequirements:
- High school diploma, or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluid power knowledge is a plus
