The Opportunity
The Manager, Store Operations, FRONTGATE has the primary responsibility to provide the resources for our Field teams to support the daily operations of the business. You will develop, implement, and sustain processes that train our Field teams in all aspects of operations. This is inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures Daily Communications/Task Management, New Store Openings, and support for IT, Store Facilities, Supply Chain, and Safety & Security practices in our Stores.
You will work in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Atlanta, Georgia

You will report directly to the Head of Retail, FRONTGATE, with a partnership with several CBI functions.
Your Impact
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop Training materials
Daily Communication/Task Management
Partner with all internal functions for communication to the Field teams to ensure Stores receive the information necessary to meet our guest's needs
Coordinate longer-term planning on tasks and to-dos for the Field teams to minimize non-Customer-facing time while providing operational support
Retail stores contact for store-related emergency after-hours issues
Manage rollout of Brand special projects
New Store Openings
Coordinate with departments on deliverables needed for grand opening support and post-opening operations
Partnerships (FRONTGATE & CBI Teams: IT, Supply Chain, Store Facilities, Safety & Security)
Partner with CBI Retail to ensure broader programs meet the needs of the brand, and gain efficiencies across the CBI portfolio
Bring brand departments' points of view to light, communicating the next steps with internal partners
Partner with brand marketing on all print and digital retail store needs
Work directly with CBI Leadership to improve operations as scale, contributing with leaders from all other CBI Brands.
What You Bring
Anticipate Customer needs and the evolution of the retail environment.
Team management and retail operations knowledge
3+ years of experience delivering tools that lead to results. 'retail math' knowledge; knowledge of retail Measurements (Conversion, AOV, AUR, UPT) that are behavior-based
Create tools that are needed, ways to innovatively implement to a large Field Associate population, with follow-up measures to assure adoption and changed performance as a result
You will use (Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Teams)
Travel required: 25 % of the time
You will work with a variety of people and form relationships.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
