Job Profile Summary: Manages the day-to-day work in order to improve, accelerate and stabilize system-wide performance for the organization. Supports operational excellence through spreading best practices and process improvements while working with leaders to develop their capabilities to lead transformation to a continuous improvement culture.
Job Description:


Principle Responsibilities

  • Performance improvement.
    • Establishes and implements standards for improvement plans and work products.
    • Supports intake process and governance by allocating resources based on capability, capacity and development.
    • Recommends appropriate methodology and tools to enable effective delivery on opportunities and commitments.
    • Ensures standard tools, products and techniques are available to advisors and the broader organization.
    • Partners with departments across the organization to support improvement and develop problem solving capabilities.
    • Leads improvement efforts and partner with customers to coach improvement methodologies to develop continuous behaviors.
  • Leadership of employees.
    • Sets performance objectives and measures for direct reports.
    • Provides feedback to employees through formal and informal coaching.
    • Prepares and administers employee performance reviews.
    • Recruits, interviews, and hires new employees.
    • Ensures employees follow improvement work standards for preparing, running and sustaining targeted improvement efforts.
  • Customer management.
    • Builds relationships with system-wide leaders and key stakeholders.
    • Addresses customer needs and addresses questions and escalations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of services.
    • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, engineering, or related field required and
  • Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
  • 3 to 7 years experience in performance improvement required and
  • 3 to 7 years mentorship or leadership experience required and
  • Experience in project management and strong facilitation skills and
  • Experience in program solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile

  • Hiring for 2 managers roles. The primary focus of one role will be to support the management system. The primary focus of the second position will be to support performance improvement.
