Envision AESC US is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for an Internal Audit Manager based in our Santa Clara, CA office.


Job Title: Manager, Internal Audit


Job Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate Internal Control System/SoX of the company
  • Conduct audit projects in accordance with the annual audit plan
  • Follow up identified audit issues to closure
  • Follow any instructions from Audit Committee

Competence Requirements

  • Be mature and able to work independently
  • Excellent client service and communications skills (oral and written)
  • Analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical ability to judge as well as entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to interact effectively and work diplomatically with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to expeditiously identify and assess issues and provide sound recommendations, consistent with good business practices
  • Strong leadership, sound judgment, and solid communication skills

Essential knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of auditing (or similar) experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Professional knowledge in internal controls for various processes of manufacturing companies, e.g., Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales
  • Knowledge of IFRS or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a business, management, finance, or accounting related field or relevant accounting education.
  • Certificate of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and big 4 experience preferred


Computer Skills and Required Software Experience:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, lift and/ or twist.

Travel:

  • Travel to Europe required (20-30% of time) (role supports US and UK regions)
