Job Summary
The Manager, Digital & Automation will oversee the Application Programming Team and leads the digital automation activities and process strategy intake. Collaborates with senior enterprise leaders and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions in support of their goals and objectives.
Pay Range
Minimum $61.84 Midpoint $81.94 Maximum $102.03
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
  • Required: Minimum of Seven (7) years of work experience in transformation roles in a technology environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation. Experience leading or managing a team within the SDLC function.
  • Preferred: Software development experience in languages such as C#, PowerShell, SQL, Python, JavaScript/NodeJS. Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, VueJS, etc. Working in a cloud-related environment (AWS preferred)
Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a computer science, engineering, information technology field or MBA or MHA Training

  • Required: Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; manage multiple assignments; compose written material; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail.

  • Preferred: ITIL, PMP or equivalent
