Cold Stone Creamery is a franchise premium ice cream store. Our Webster NY store is cobranded with a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, also a franchise, essentially two stores in one. With Cold Stone and Rocky Mountain combined, the store offers premium ice cream creations, cakes, sandwiches and cupcakes, as well as premier chocolates, caramel apples, dipped strawberries, and many other deserts and treats.
The Assistant Manager responsibilities are varied and may include customer service, crew management, food production, scheduling, shift assignments, banking, inventory, and several others. It is the intention that this position migrate to full manager for the right person.
