What we need from you:

• Basic knowledge and experience in all areas of residential maintenance - preferably at least 2 years on the job experience.
• That you live within 20 miles of our office address.
• No physical or health restrictions that would prohibit performing any part of the job.
• The ability to climb stairs, walk, bend, twist, lift, stand and kneel.
• Your own set of basic tools including, but not limited to, a hammer, cordless drill, tape measure, etc.
• The ability to follow oral and written instructions in the English language.
• A firm understanding of modern technology and internet tools.
• To have a reliable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and to maintain a valid driver's license. A pickup truck or van is best but not required.
• High Ethical Standards
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Pass a background screening.
