$25 - $30 an hour
Position Mission: Provides support to the restaurants in the way of facilities repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performs necessary maintenance on restaurant buildings at multiple sites.
- Repairs and replaces tiling.
- Replaces and repairs light fixtures.
- Paints interior and exterior of restaurants as needed.
- Performs minor plumbing repairs.
- Replaces major fixtures such as drywall, cabinets, and shelving.
- Fixes electrical issues and sprinklers as needed.
- Maintains safe, clean, and organized work area including work vehicle, tools, manuals, and parts.
- Ensures safe conditions around buildings during inclement weather.
- Uses various hand and power tools appropriately.
- Completes other repairs as needed.
- Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Experience working in General Maintenance in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, woodwork, etc. is a must.
- Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
- Works well under pressure and tight timelines
- The ability to work weekends and travel as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally positioning oneself (e.g., stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, push, pull) to move or lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
