Maintenance Technician Job at Sunsations Inc
Maintenance Technician you will be assisting with ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs for the entire organization. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Must have a keen eye for detail and possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Duties include but not limited to:

- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
- Painting
- Pressure Washing
Requirements and Skills:
- Valid Driver's license
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Can lift 20-30lbs
- Reliable
Occasional travel to Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk, NC stores. Travel reimbursement given
