FULL-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
SALARY RANGE $22.00 TO $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

We are seeking a hard-working apartment maintenance technician to join the team! This position requires a positive professional who is organized, self motivated, dependable and able to multitask. Strong teamwork skills are required.
Must be able to complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner. Working knowledge in areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance repairs, general repairs, cleaning and painting is preferred. Availability to respond to emergency phone calls during the weekday evenings and weekends.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and provide a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test. Filling out and returning a company application is required to be considered for a position.
SALARY RANGE: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience & ability.
