Maintenance Technician Job at Madden Industrial Craftsmen
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Maintenance Technician position with a manufacturer located in Tualatin, OR. The person in this position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plant and production related machinery and equipment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Technician will install, maintain, and repair full range of equipment and systems throughout the facilities, but not limited to equipment, machinery, components, pumps, motors, and circuitry.
- Inspect systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Perform PM's on equipment according to schedule.
- Inventory on materials.
- Conduct tests and troubleshoot systems in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance tech. experience
- Proficient with blue prints and/or schematics reading
- Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Computer
- Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, preventive maintenance databases, and project.
- This position is in a manufacturing facility. May come in contact with water, chemicals, noise, dust, electrical equipment, and moving objects inside and outside of facility.
