EQUIVEST MANAGEMENT, A dynamic and innovative leader in Real Estate, has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in the Suburbs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform routine daily maintenance for commercial properties, including

· General plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair and maintenance.

· Perform general repairs including but not limited to carpentry, painting , general housekeeping and grounds maintenance.

· Respond to routine service and emergency related calls

· Preventive Maintenance.

· Must own dependable transportation to travel between properties. Areas include : Blue Bell and King of Prussia

Education and Experience:

• Two or more years related work experience in a commercial or residential building environment
• Certification in a building trade is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with tenants and vendors
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Answer after-hours emergency calls and be available to work overtime as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own dependable transportation.
• Provide general tools to perform job task.
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Background check and substance abuse testing may be required prior to employment
