Starting wage for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience. Job Description
Our Maintenance Technicians provide professional and courteous service at all times; Assist Management with all maintenance and preventative maintenance to include: refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventative maintenance, convention center front and back of house spaces, A/C units, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc; Perform outside custodial duties as required; Ensures all projects are completed according to specifications and are completed on time; Understands and practices all lock out-tag out procedures in accordance with OSHA standards; Perform all guestroom and public area preventive maintenance services as outlined for your hotel. This may include but not limited to repairing doors, door locks and closets, etc; Performs maintenance checks of equipment and logs properly; Reports all safety and security concerns to the Management immediately; Responds to all emergency situations prepared to assist; Participates in ongoing maintenance programs for event space, public space, kitchens and all convention center equipment; Performs inventory duties as required; Maintains cleanliness of grounds and attractiveness of landscaping; Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of all work-space and storage areas; Ensures cleanliness and working condition of pool and Fitness Center. This is to include checking pool water everyday throughout the day and maintain appropriate records; Attends staff meetings; Complete projects as determined by the Management; Nights, weekends, and holidays required; Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
Additional Job Requirements:

• Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
• Ability to work with all types of people.
