Maintenance Mechanic Job at SnapDragon Associates, LLC
In this role, you will use your maintenance experience to ensure the manufacturing equipment and machinery is operating to capacity. You will handle preventative maintenance and work with management on specific projects around the facility. Qualified candidates will be humble, with a positive attitude that encourages a culture of teamwork and collaboration. You will take the lead in making sure the production machinery is running efficiently, working with production to get ahead of any production issues they are experiencing, and work to alleviate those concerns. The ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment is desired.
