Maintenance Manager Job at Grand View Inn and Suites
Grand View is looking for a full time and rotating on-call maintenance manager. There are three buildings total on the property consisting of hotel rooms, extended stay suites, full sized kitchens, industrial ovens, walk in freezers/coolers, lobbies, public bathrooms, mechanical rooms, ice machines, guest laundry, and industrial laundry machines (washers/dryers). Ideal candidates will have a basic knowledge of hvac, plumbing, routine machine maintenance, and construction. The position will take care of landscaping, snow removal, icing side walks, and trash removal. We are looking to add a manager to the 3 existing maintenance workers to help lead the department in sucessfull projects.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
