Job Summary:
General maintenance and security of all buildings and grounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance tasks as directed.
• Transportation of residents.
• Snow removal including plowing, snow blowing, shoveling and treatment to walkways and roadways when icy conditions.
• Collection of trash and recyclables.
• Prepare and file reports when necessary.
• Set up and break down of activity events.
• General upkeep of grounds, main entrance and motor vehicles.
• Security responsibilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license.
