Nature of Work: Responsible for assisting in maintaining buildings, grounds, parking lots, equipment and vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Repairs building structure, heating and air conditioning, electrical system, lighting, plumbing, office equipment and furniture.
- Promote safety and security for the building and its occupants
- Maintain fire alarm and sprinkler systems in good operating condition.
- Set up rooms for meetings.
- Assist in painting and moving projects.
- Work with regulatory and code enforcement agencies.
- Work with staff, clients and others in a professional, cooperative ethical, respectful and effective manner.
- Maintain a level of attendance consistent with Westbrook Health Services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass WV Cares background check
- Valid Drivers License
- Current Auto Insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
