3rd Shift: 10pm- 6am (Sunday- Thursday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our Machine Operators run machines that produce, inspect, process, and package precision engine components. If you enjoy working in a fast- paced environment, this could be the job for you!We have a variety of machines and offer on the job training. Some machine operator roles require little to no prior experience while it is ideal to have machine operator, calipers, and micrometers experience for other roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent NO longer required to start with us. We will pay for you to get your GED through an accredited program!
• Good communication, reading, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to follow instructions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One plus year of related assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to drive a forklift truck.
• Proficient in basic shop math skills.
• Ability to use quality measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, attribute gauges).
• Ability to use statistical process control (SPC).
