Position: LVN/LPN Behavioral Health
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:30AM - 3:00PM)
Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend
Job Location: 9601 Steilacoom Boulevard South West, Lakewood, WA 98498
Job description- Carrying out individual treatment plans prescribed by medical professionals. · Monitoring patients and recording.
Responsibilities-
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
- Observe and document the behaviors of patients.
- Listen to patients share their concerns and liaise with medical staff about those issues.

Requirements:
2 years of behavioral health experience
Must have license
BLS Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):

$1720 Weekly Pay
