LPN/RN Assisted Living Job at Arcadia Senior Living
Join our health services team of nurses and RCC's.
We are looking to add an LPN or RN with senior living experience.
Responsibility overview:
- Care coordination
- Wound monitoring
- Service planning
- Order processing
- Health and care evaluations
- Medication oversight
- Daily health services tasks
- Coaching staff
- Weight and vitals sign monitoring
- Document progress notes in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and kindly with staff, providers, home health, hospice, residents and family
Our community has RCC's to manage staffing, hiring and direct supervision of caregivers and med techs. Our nurses are primarily responsible for administrative tasks with care coordination with some hands-on duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
