Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Logan, OH team.

As the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will provide and coordinate supportive treatment/nursing services to adult and child patients. You will be required to screen patients, and do testing as ordered by provider. Documentation in the ECW system is required. Must coordinate care with other providers and services. Must administer medications and vaccines as ordered. You will also be required to work as a team with other nursing staff as well as providers.

What do we look for in our LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)??

• Eligible to work in the United Stated
• Completion of post-secondary education nursing coursework as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Position requires current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR),
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
