We are seeking an LPN at THE BROOK OF CHEBOYGAN. This position will be responsible for overseeing and directing the clinical practices of The Brook.
- Responsible for oversight of the medication program, documentation, paperwork and filing for each resident.
- Responsible to complete timely admissions for each resident
- Responsible to oversee/schedule the caregiving staff.
- Work in cooperation with building manager to secure resident and staff satisfaction.
- On Call required M - F with rotating on call weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- LPN License - Must be licensed to be considered.
- 2 years experience working with the elderly.
- 2 years experience working in a managerial position.
- Detail-oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Flexibility
- Open, warm, friendly personality
- Diligent and proactive
- On Call required
