Job Duties
- LPN will providenursing care to residents within a LTC or ALF facility.
- LPN will assist the client with ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises.
- Licensed Pratical Nurses will promote a safe client environment.
- Licensed Practical Nurses will utilizes infection control measures such as hand washing and personal protective equipment.
- Observes and reports safety hazards and changes in client condition to Supervisor.
- LPN will document observations and activities in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Licensed Pratical Nurse will organizes self to carry out visits/shifts and to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- LPN license in state of MD or compact license
- Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds
- Nursing Home or ALF experience
- CPR Certification
- TB Testing
- COVID 19 Vaccination for all LPN staff.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
