Looking For A Trainer/Instructor For Boarding/Training Facility Job at Patterson Training
Looking to add an experienced trainer/Instructor for an active, growing lesson barn offering English and Western riding. We train in Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, Working Equitation, Western Riding and ground horsemanship. Must have experience teaching both private and group lessons. Must enjoy teaching children as we have a large kids riding program. Be willing to transport horses and take students to horse shows. Ablility to progress riders is very important. This is a 1099 self-employed position. You have the opportunity to expand your client base, teaching lessons with both our lesson horses as well as students on their own horses. Must also have the ablility to ride young/green horses. We offer lessons, packages, training, workshops, camps and clinics. Personal attributes required: Must be hardworking, committed, responsible, dedicated, self-starter, and good communicator. Sales/marketing skills a plus. Clean driving license.
Patterson Training is located in Star Valley, near Payson, AZ. Located a mile high in the beautiful Ponderosa pine forest, our climate allows year round riding activities. Our 30 arces facility has a dressage arena, jumping arena, working equitation obstacle arena, and two round pens.We can accommodate 70 plus horses. We are adjadent to the National Forest and extensive trail riding is available right off the property. We host clinics, shows and events.
